The successful Darmstadt-based start-up company Pickware has moved to the top floor of the Goebel building at Darmstadt Central Station. The first step was to draw up occupancy plans based on the company's current status and plans for its future development.

The central part of the floor was then redesigned and an overall concept for lounge, meeting, and kitchen areas was developed. The opening up of the meeting rooms with full-height glass walls and the modern use of color and materials has created a completely new, bright entrance area that forms the main meeting point and heart of the office.

The new room layout is created by the visual structure with shades of blue. The passageways are separated from the rest of the space by being immersed in a single color, creating a tunnel effect. They are assigned a function and are therefore not used solely as corridors. Clear boundaries are drawn without creating physical barriers.
